Based on our discussion in discord:

You probably want to use dorcas (possibly with a defensive seal), brave lyn, a dancer, and whoever else. Dorcas can tank raven, the archer, and the lance cavalier easily, particularly on hard, so your only difficulty is in killing off lucius and the red mage quickly. Brave lyn will be good for that- the standard way to kill someone with her and keep her alive afterward is to attack someone, dance her, and then have her move behind the dancer and reposition them back. Note that the enemy units on this map won't attack until you move into their range or attack them, so you can take as long as you need to get everyone positioned properly.

Because dorcas and blyn should, between them, be able to handle every single unit on the map on hard/possibly lunatic, you could have your last unit be a healer to keep dorcas's health up. If you find you need more attack power, another unit that can kill the archer and red mage will probably be helpful (dorcas should be fine vs raven and the lance cavalier regardless).

If you happen to get to infernal, there's another troubador with pain/savage blow to deal with. But we'll cross that bridge when/if we come to it.

Okay, perry, re: our discuss I'm going to post a better explanation for what we worked out as maybe your best shot to beat the infernal of this bound hero battle.

Basically, you want to put julia or deirdre (probably julia, because she has more attack and might be able to oneshot with quick riposte) in one of the two spots where jaffar and soleil are standing:

Only the two mages can reach a unit standing there. The likely result is that the green mage will attack, and the rest of the units will move forward. The spot where soleil is might be better, but putting the unit in the top right will likely trigger a different set of moves from the enemy units that are worth exploring. This doesn't get you through the whole stage, but it does allow you to initiate safely and quite possibly get a kill.

Note also that although the two specific strategies we did won't work for you, they are far from the only paths to victory.

If you have access to a 5* Arvis, it makes running through the map with Fjorm pretty easy.

On Infernal, my Fjorm died pretty quickly to the green mage even through Ice Mirror (and that mage can't be hit with a ploy due to their starting position) so I'm not sure how you'd do that.

I forgot that a Hone Spd 1 buff on someone that can give Fjorm the buff is all the difference between the green cav mage or the blue infantry mage attacking her.

Unfortunately the strategy requires the use of Ploys to allow Fjorm to survive the blue mage's attack, and Celica doesn't have the stats to utilize them. It may be possible using a tanky green mage unit that can get to at least 33 Speed with or without Hone Speed in place of Fjorm.

EDIT: This is going to sound weird, but... Boey or Merric may have merit, being considerably easier to get (and raise to 5*) than the seasonal 5* green mages and having enough Defense to take the hit from the dagger unit well enough. There's also an older Bowlyn strat, but IDK what other units are used and how much inheritance and seals are required.
