Sort of. It takes 4 Losses to kill two Warbands, and the fifth Loss takes out a third. The surviving two, along with Vercingetorix, make it to Arverni.

Oh and the Aedui transfer 4 Resources to Rome.

The Aedui ##March one Warband each from Biturigies into Pictones and Arverni, and four from Mandubii to Bituriges. Then they ##Trade for 12 Resources because the AI being that dumb is the perfect capstone to this game.


Rome has a total of 5 Subdued + Allied Tribes, out of 16.
The Arverni have 7 Legions off the map out of 7, and 10 Allies out of 9.
The Aedui have 6 Allies out of 10 (thanks Arverni).
The Belgae have a total of 14 Allies + Control out of 16.

Therefore the Arverni win the game! Vercingetorix rules over a unified Gaul, at least for a time.
