All of the episodes are good so far?

I had a houseguest and we watched several of the leaked episodes.

The placeholder music and sound effects are fucking hilarious.

The placeholder 1980s music is great since I was a teen in the 1980's

I went ahead and watched a few episodes, and seeing them still in production status makes me feel bad that I did.

The Celestia episode is rather nice, and I like that they gave Spike wings. I'd be fine with him being flightless but seeing him 'grow up' a bit was sort of something I'd been hoping for.

It's a pretty huge change that wasn't a given. I mean, you're changing the design of a character that's been around since G1.
But I do think it's appropriate. I've sort of wanted them to 'age up' Spike and have him adopt a Baby dragon as a little brother or sister myself.

I thought there was some nice continuity to have Pee Wee appear in the episode.

What do you think of Spike getting wings in S8? I think it's great that it finally happened, but I also worry that it's happened too late in the show to really make a difference. He won't get the development he deserves.

Also, does anyone else kind of ship Spike and Smolder (The orange dragon)?

That's the Celestia episode I wanted.

I really liked Horse Play, it was a good combination of funny and serious moments.
