That line of events doesn't follow. "Go to a town, then destroy the political hegemony that's ruled the world since its inception."
I think a few steps might be missing in that plan.

Also I know this is a visual novel but holy crud it's still intensely boring how people are just telling us all these dramatic things instead of us finding them out ourselves or the events actually unfolding in front of us

Also, as per Klace tradition, the protagonist has absolutely zero personal agency or initiative and is just the playball of everyone else's shit

Just like m/m, I have the feeling you'd be able to skim through most of the game and not lose anything important plotwise

Great, the two Meanwhile things it gave us didn't actually give us new information.
Or elaborate on anything.
Or develop character relationships all that much.

I have to read the text boxes several times because nothing sticks. Christ, this is boring.

Guess what time it is! It certainly isn't time for a Blargh to play a good video game!

It'll also be real easy to start a panic and ensuing stampede. Just fyi.

I like how Mylus' thinking post doesn't even have his thumb on his chin, but instead has it resting on his neck for some reason.

Speak for yourself. I wanna join the Triumvirate, if that's on the table. Do you know how much an evil lieutenant's salary is?

Logic flew out the window when spirits and magical totems got brought into the story.

For all the help Mr. Shirtless Elder has been, I elect we smash open some beakers and use those as shivs.

The look on Valessa's face isn't one of hope or hate, it's more the look of the gallon of LSD just kicked in.

Klace seems to have a fondness for characters just blindly wandering aimlessly with no actual plan.

Wouldn't it be handy to know some kind of way to destroy the sword if it's about to fall into the wrong hands?

Also Gryz might be the dumbest name I've seen in this demo thus far, and that's saying something. How the hell do you even pronounce it?

Well, Gryz could always use the pelt of another person to wear. He's basically Furry Buffalo Bill.

Maybe it isn't Gryz who's looking for something, but that pelt he wears that whispers dark secrets to him at night.

I like how in-game the Triumvirate, when they're actually shown, come across as this hive-mind collective but outside just seems like they're clueless marauders who hire guys who burn down villages for the heck of it.

It's old hat to point out the weird art by now, but the guy on the left looks like he's getting yelled at for crashing the car his dad just bought, instead of whatever emotion he's supposed to be feeling now.

Re: Winds of Change: Furry Fantasy Two
This isn't specific to Klace, but it always annoys me when some lacky in a story gets pissed off that he's not being told the full story, as if need-to-know information is a taboo or foreign concept to them.
