I assume bear is a secret CIA plant and penguin is a secret international jewel thief.

There's a Willow television series on Disney+, we rolled the dice and watched the first episode and it was -- fine? It was fine! It's not bad!

I need to watch the original film. I don't even remember if I have seen it or not. I mean I'm not even sure.

Sounds like it worked out better than the novels, then.Mechanical Ape wrote: ↑Sat Dec 03, 2022 11:12 pmThere's a Willow television series on Disney+, we rolled the dice and watched the first episode and it was -- fine? It was fine! It's not bad!

I wonder if there's an economics term for when a task transitions from being something everyone's expected to do themselves to something there are entire businesses built around doing for you.
Every jumbled pile of person has a thinking part that wonders what the part that isn't thinking isn't thinking of...

Re: The Garbage Dump: 100+ pages of well-aged compost
This year I achieved to cycle 1050km (about 650 miles).
Due to stress-eating because of my very noisy neighbours who are preventing me from having any rest or some quiet time I barely compensated my weight gain with that
Also I destroyed two pairs of jeans because of cycling. Material fatigue between the legs. The first time I noticed it too late when I was shopping. The tear went all around to my butt cheek that was barely covered by my winter jacket.

I just did the math and I've averaged 1 mile of running per day this year. Cool.
Also I can commiserate with the pants thing. I cycled for years and picked up running since covid and my thighs are so weirdly disproportionate that I feel like I can't fit into normal pants anymore or they'll just split down the middle. It really do be that way
