I was so hardcore into the game that I was allowed to present this game instead of a book in school.
I took my PC and presented it live in front of the class.
True story.

The grade I received for the "book review" wasn't very good but it hasn't bothered me.

i think the best way to put it is: the ps2 has a big library of games, but i'm only interested in a small bit of it
a lot of what i know people are going to recommend are not games or genres i care about, because i'm already aware of those games

I highly recommend Burnout 3. The XBox version is better but I bet you'll have tons of arcade-style racing fun.
It is insanity on wheels. You push your opponents into walls and other cars, drive on the wrong side, and drift, and you'll get rewarded with MORE BOOST.
The few racing games I have 100% completed.

You'd think humanity would have invented more durable paint after over a millennium in the future.

Episode 2 of Inside Job has some neat background details.

any time i see pop culture media try to reference conspiracy theories i remember something someone pointed out about how cringey deus ex is because conspiracy theories aren't "quirky weird thing mulder believes in" from the view of them in the 90s but "deranged beliefs that have real world consquences and are deeply rooted in anti-semitism"

i heard in that godzilla movie, with king kong, they had a deranged conspiracy theorist that tells people to bathe in bleach and then they make him be right about one thing
and it's like
don't do that
mulder was a weirdo, as were the lone gunmen, but they weren't deranged madmen

Re: The Garbage Dump: 100+ pages of well-aged compost
Inside Job is fine. I just think that they try too hard to be edgy. The later episodes are better but the first couple of episodes are churning out forced gags after another.
Several people from Gravity Falls worked on this show, including Alex Hirsch as executive producer, but it is the furthest thing when it comes to the feel and atmosphere and quality. As if someone thought to take Gravity Falls and heavily Rick-&-Morty-fy.
I was a little bit entertained after watching all episodes at once.

Saw a review to gather different opinions and they are way more positive than mine. So, don't listen to me.Adiwan wrote: ↑Wed Oct 27, 2021 12:58 pmInside Job is fine. I'm a grumpy old man, in Internet time, which is 10 times faster than normal time.

They say a joke should have as few moving parts as possible
In light of this, I'm debating whether a comic I'm writing whose punchline is that there's a ghost in the room should just have some random person as the ghost or a character I haven't drawn in a long time

Every jumbled pile of person has a thinking part that wonders what the part that isn't thinking isn't thinking of...
